Terms of service.

Fleet Tracker is currently offered on an early access, pre-launch basis. These terms will be reviewed and formalised before general availability and before introducing paid plans.

Using Fleet Tracker

Access to the Fleet Tracker application is currently granted individually, on request, at our discretion. We may change, suspend or withdraw access at any time during early access, particularly where the service is being tested or developed.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter, such as vehicle and cost records.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the application, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

No warranty during early access

Fleet Tracker is provided on an "as available" basis during early access. Reminders, alerts and calculated dates are provided as a convenience and should not be relied upon as your only method of tracking legal or regulatory vehicle obligations, such as MOT or tax compliance.

Data during early access

While in early access, please keep your own backup of anything critical, for example by using the export or reporting feature, in case data needs to be reset during development.

Changes to the service

Because Fleet Tracker is actively being developed, features may change, be added, or be removed without notice during this phase.
